Hebrew-English Chumash with Copper and Nickel Bar Mitzvah Medallion

This amazing Chumash is shaped to resemble the Luchot (Tablets) when open and presents the Torah with facing Hebrew and English pages and full-color images. The leather-bound cover features a depiction of Jerusalem and Jewish symbols that frame the 38.5mm in diameter copper- and nickel medallion in the center. The medallion features a child reading from the Torah together with the phrase “Ben Shalosh Esrei LeMitzvot” that means “At age 13, he is obligated to keep the commandments” and is designed for a Bar Mitzvah. The medallion is framed by the Hebrew phrase “Ki MiTzion Tetzeh Torah U’Dvar Hashem Mi-Yerushalayim” that means “For from Zion cometh the Torah and the word of G-d from Jerusalem” in English. The Hebrew text on the cover is a phrase from the Ethics of the Fathers regarding life and the symbols on the edges of the cover include Stars of David and pomegranates.
