Israeli Tahini Recipe
Tahini is an incredibly healthy way to add great tastes to your diet. Tahini is great as dressing in sandwiches, dressing on salads, or completely on its own as a dip. Tahini is made almost completely of sesame seeds, which are very healthy for increasing vitamin E, lowering cholesterol, and reducing high blood pressure. · 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds 
· 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 
· 1/4 teaspoon salt 
· 1/4 cup tepid water 


Place sesame seeds in a blender or food processor and grind until smooth. Add sesame oil and salt. Process until combined. With the motor running, add the water in a very slow, steady stream and blend until smooth.
