This impressive bound notebook features a map on its cover and has fine ruled paper that makes this item an excellent scrapbook, diary or journal. The map on the cover was created by Benedictus Arias Montonus, a Spanish cartographer who lived in the 1500s in Seville. The map features the nations that came from the children of Noah after the Deluge listed on the edges and sides and has a detailed work map in side two large circles on the covers. The map is decorated with ships and whales as well as features clouds with faces on them and directions in Hebrew and Latin. This item is an excellent gift for the perennial traveler!

This notebook comes with a certificate from the Israel Museum as well as a small pamphlet with background information in Hebrew and English.
