Blue Challah Cover with Ushpizin Symbols, Crown and Talmudic Passage

This blue Challah Cover features Hebrew text in the middle and is surrounded by the symbols that represent the Ushpizin, the seven biblical figures that visit the Sukkah during the holiday of Sukkot.

This blue Challah Cover is decorated with Aramaic text in the center that appears in the font used in Judaica such as Torah Scrolls. The text reads “Azamen Le-Se’udati Ushpizin Ila’in” that means “I invite to my meal the holy guests” and refers to seven biblical figures – Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, Joseph and David - that according to Jewish tradition visit the Sukkah during the Holiday of Sukkot. The Aramaic text is surrounded by symbols that represent the biblical figures and include a tent, altar, ladder, Hoshen, tablets, ox and violin that appear in silver and are surrounded by scrollwork. The Challah Cover features a large crown at the top and has lace trim on its outer edge.
This item is the perfect Sukkot gift idea!
