As soon as you leave N’ilah services after Yom Kippur, the synagogue
usually has orange juice on site for the first taste of greatness after you
haven’t eaten all day. Orange juice is common after you haven’t eaten for the
acidic level. It’s full of goodness and fills you up until you can eat at break
fast. This year, you can make your own orange juice. Enjoy! For

Ingredients:
·
4 oranges

Lightly smack each orange on
the counter. Cut each one in half. Squeeze into a glass. You may also use a
citrus reamer to do this. If you want less pulp, use a hand juicer with a
strainer.
