Tu B’Shevat is also known as Jewish Arbor Day and takes place on the 15th of the Hebrew calendar month of Shevat. The holiday celebrates the fruits of Israel, so it’s only appropriate to make a salad with 15 different fruits. Grapes, Figs, Pomegranates, and Dates are the four fruits you’re supposed to eat – mix them with other fruits for a great salad!
