Tu B’Shevat is also known as Jewish Arbor Day and takes place on
the 15th of the Hebrew calendar month of Shevat. The holiday
celebrates the fruits of Israel, so it’s only appropriate to make a salad with
15 different fruits. Grapes, Figs, Pomegranates, and Dates are the four fruits
you’re supposed to eat – mix them with other fruits for a great salad! Browse

Ingredients:
· green apple
· red apple
· orange
· tangerine
· clementine
· pear
· dates
· kiwi
· banana
· red grapes
· grapefruit
· pommelo
· pomegranate
· tangerine
· figs
· orange juice
Preparation:
Cut up the 15 fruits into a fruit salad. Add a few
tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice.
