Mashed potatoes are a perfect supplement to any meal and they are easy to make for big crowds when you have a lot of guests over for certain holidays like Passover, Purim, and Shabbat. Use this recipe with a meat meal for no worries about mixing milk with meat. No worries about the dish losing taste because it’s pareve. It may even be better than dairy alternatives!
