Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 8 cloves garlic, chopped
· 1 inch piece ginger, peeled and
grated
· 1 1/2 cups ketchup
· 1/2 cup molasses
· 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
· 2 tablespoons soy sauce
· 2 tablespoons honey
· 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
· 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
· 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and
ginger and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up
to 5 days.
