Homemade Latke Applesauce
Since the Hanukkah story is all about the oil we saved in the Temple, Hanukkah is a great time to chow down on some really oily foods. That’s why everyone can’t live without latkes for the holiday. Applesauce has always been a favorite latke topping for Americans, children and adults, alike. Try this recipe for homemade applesauce to keep your latke experience fully homemade.
