A couple of weeks ago, America was under attack. Our ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were slaughtered by Muslim extremists.

  • The Hard Truth: Romney cannot win without Ron Paul

Posted By Rafi Farber on January 11, 2012 | 3 Comments

After Ron Paul’s strong second place showing in New Hampshire last night, it looks like Mitt Romney is the clear front runner in the race for the Republican nomination, and that Ron Paul is Romney’s only hurdle.

  • How Would the Republican Candidates Treat Israel?

Posted By Mike Rosenthal on December 20, 2011 | 4 Comments

Would he be good for Israel? This is a question that many Jewish voters have in mind before they punch the chad through the ballot on election day. For Jewish Republican primary voters, the question can be even more pointed given that most republican Jews are also staunchly Zionist. What follows is an outline and extrapolation of how current republican candidates may behave towards Israel once elected. These extrapolations are based on past policy positions, character, and statements the candidate has made in the past.

  • Israelis Unfazed by Iranian Nuclear Threat

Posted By Mike Rosenthal on November 15, 2011 | 1 Comments

First there is a blinding flash. Israel is small enough that nearly everyone in the country will see it. Then would come the delayed sound of the massive explosion. This might reach fewer Israelis, but the implication of doom would be no less.

  • Sarkozy “Can’t Stand” Netanyahu; Obama has to “Deal with Him Every Day”

Posted By Mike Rosenthal on November 08, 2011 | 6 Comments

A new “accidental microphone” gaffe happened yesterday when President Obama and French President Sarkozy were in a room at the UN discussing Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. The two happened to quip at each other about how much they dislike the man. This is not all that surprising, being that Obama is not the first Democratic President to not like Bibi. Former President Clinton was also reportedly not such a close friend, which is why Clinton spent a lot of money trying to get Ehud Barak elected in 1999 to defeat Netanyahu. Barak's tenure happened to be the shortest in Israeli history.

  • Is Ron Paul Good for Israel?

Posted By Mike Rosenthal on October 30, 2011 | 42 Comments

The question of Ron Paul and Israel may seem a complicated one. Paul has been quoted in the past of saying that Gaza is like a “concentration camp,” and has many anti-Israel supporters rallied to his cause such as Lew Rockwell, Michael Scheuer, and Eric Margolis. He even has many neo Nazi’s and 9/11 “truthers” who accuse the Mossad of orchestrating the attack supporting his candidacy. Given that, why should any Jew support Ron Paul?

  • Why There Should Not Be a Palestinian State Right Now

Posted By Mike Rosenthal on September 02, 2011 | Leave a Comment

The Palestinian Authority’s quest for a unilateral declaration of statehood is a historic mistake. Obviously a peace treaty between Israelis and Palestinians is vital for statehood, but both must be achieved via honest negotiation, not by one party unilaterally imposing their government’s decision upon the other.

  • An Anti Missile System on Every Car! Now!

The heart of our tragedy is that our citizens no longer dare to demand something more substantial than walls, concrete bunkers, bullet proof bests, gas masks, Iron Domes, and Windbreaker anti missile systems. Regarding true security, there hasn’t been anything to talk about for a long time.

  • An Apology for Apologizers

Yes, the world is ripped by war. No, this is not breaking news. Such a shred in the patchwork of humanity’s fabric is ancient. If race were not the cause, then clan would be; if religion didn’t made us cranky, other differences and tinges of temperance would ignite war. Perhaps, as humans, it is our nature.
