World of Judaica's Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What payment options does World of Judaica offer?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as payments via user account servers such as Pay-Pal and Google Wallet.  If you prefer to wire your payment to us, we will be happy to offer a 2.5% discount on the final price of your order.  For personal checks, certified checks or money orders, we will accept them as long as they are drawn from a U.S. bank account and received by World of Judaica with 7 days of submitting your order.  For more information, please see our Payment Options page.
  • Is my shipment safe?
    We insure all shipments with FexEd or the US Postal Service we require a signature of receipt on all orders in order to ensure your purchase arrives safely.   If you prefer, we are also able to ship your order to a FedEx holding facility.  If you are returning an item, please note that you will be responsible for insuring the item with the courier service you use.  Please see our  Shipping Policy and Return Policy for more details.
  • Will I pay sales tax?
    Because of differences between countries regarding taxes, World of Judaica suggests that customers contact their local authorities to determine which VAT, customs duties or other taxes may apply to your order.
  • I live in the United States.  Will I pay sales tax?
    As per state law, there is a sales tax.  In South Dakota, the rate is 4%.
  • What is your international shipping policy?
    We ship to several countries across the globe.  See our International Shipping page for more information or contact one of our Customer Service  representatives for a list of countries and shipping costs.
    World of Judaica customers are responsible for verifying and paying any local customs, taxes or duties levied by the country designated in your shipping address.  Order total does not include any country-specific or local fees.
  • Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses? 
    World of Judaica will ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Postal Service registered mail.  Please note that shipments to these addresses typically take 2-3 extra weeks to arrive at their destinations.
  • What if I want to make a return?
    If your item is defective, you may return it to World of Judaica within 30 days and we will provide you will a full refund.  For more details, visit our Return Policy page.
  • Is my purchase secure?
    World of Judaica ensures secure online transactions.  All our online payment methods are protected from fraud and encrypted with SSL technologies.  Visit our Secure Shopping page so you are comfortable with World of Judaica and will make your next Judaica purchase online.
  • Is World of Judaica a trustworthy retailer?

  • What is Judaica?
    Judaica are items related to Judaism that are used in daily life, special occasions or both.  These items include Kiddush cups, Challah boards, Hanukkah Menorahs, Tzadakah (Charity) Boxes, Mezuzahs and other items.  These items generally have a practical function, although they are heavily decorated and therefore are considered to be works of Jewish art.  
  • Do you have Judaica experts?
    World of Judaica is staffed by personnel who have years of experience in the Judaica and art industry as well as Judaism.
  • Are your items from Israel?
    All of our items are made in Israel by well-known artists such as Yair Emanuel.
  • Where can I read reviews for World of Judaica?
